Cultural Partnership Initiative (CPI) Program at ICHCAP is now accepting applications for its 2019 cohort. Implemented under the Korean Cultural Official Development Assistance Programs, the CPI Program is a five-month residency program (July to November 2019) offered to six individuals selected through an open competitive screening. The CPI Program is organized as a platform to build networks for continuous and wider ICH safeguarding in the Asia-Pacific. As an international exchange, its strong feature has been an in-depth comprehension of the implementation of the UNESCO 2003 Convention, and recently, an examination of the ways through which the Sustainable Development Goals can be achieved in collaboration and cooperation. Selected participants will be given the opportunity to build their ICH networks and enhance their ICH safeguarding skills by participating in various projects, including individual research, ICHCAP programs, field trips, and an expert workshop.
We have opened a call for applications for dedicated professionals, experts, and researchers, who are from the Asia-Pacific region. Selected participants will be provided with financial support and accommodation. To learn more about the program and to download the application and related documents, visit our website.
The application deadline is 13 May 2019 at 18:00 (Korean Standard Time).
