UNESCO Almaty in close collaboration with the National Commission of Kyrgyzstan for UNESCO implement feasibility study on Community Multimedia Center (CMC) and their role in natural hazards worning and reduction. CMC establishment at Talas University for Talas region community is expected. Negotiation process with State Agency for Communication, KyrgyzTelecom ISP, UNDP Kyrgyzstan, IREX has started.
